m-hance, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and provider of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to the not-for-profit sector, was selected by Mosaic Family Support to bring the charity’s database up to date. The charity selected m-hance’s NfP 365 Case Management solution to centralise all its data and in addition to this initial project, Mosaic has since gone on to implement the NfP 365 Accelerator to help with its fundraising activities.
As a Dorset based charity specialising in bereavement support for children and families all across the country, Mosaic Family Support was founded in 2007. It collaborates with other agencies in order to ensure a cohesive framework of support before, during, and after someone close passes away.
