m-hance, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner and experienced provider of software solutions, is proud to have launched its charity finance solution, NfP 365 Finance, which is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and tailored specifically to the charity sector.
With over 20 years of experience of working in partnership with a wide range of charitable organisations, m-hance understands the unique needs of the sector and the requirement for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems that will enable charities to more effectively and efficiently achieve their goals.
Features of our charity finance software
As well as the wide range of core functionality available within Dynamics 365 Business Central as standard including Making Tax Digital for VAT, NfP 365 Finance also incorporates additional modules including Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT), Power BI reporting and Partial VAT recovery – all important elements for charity finance teams. The EFT module provides facilities for users to create their own EFT/BACS formats to help them manage financial transfers more efficiently and flexibly. Power BI reporting provides pre-defined financial-based reports, including SORP-compliant reports such as SoFA, which give charities the ability to view accurate data in real-time and share essential information with their stakeholders. Finally, the Partial VAT module allows charities to handle VAT automatically in line with differing HMRC regulations, simplifying an otherwise complicated and time-consuming process.
Alan Moody, CEO at m-hance says “We are delighted to be the first Microsoft partner in the UK to launch an ERP solution built from Dynamics 365 Business Central and customised for the charity sector. It underpins our commitment to these organisations where we are already a respected provider of Dynamics 365 solutions, having supported leading charities with our tailored NfP 365 CRM products. NfP 365 Finance forms a key part of the jigsaw, allowing our customers to achieve a true end-to-end solution whereby they can track donations from the point of receipt through to where that money has been deployed in support of the charity’s mission and objectives.”
NfP 365 Finance is part of a suite of solutions designed specifically for charities, which also includes NfP 365 Enterprise, NfP 365 Foundation and NfP 365 Help & Advice.
This launch comes following the announcement in November 2018 that m-hance had been selected by Microsoft as its first UK-based Dynamics 365 non-profit partner; an intrinsic part of its new Dynamics 365 strategy for non-profit organisations, incorporating elements such as its Dynamics 365 Non-Profit Accelerator suite.
